Jim Stackhouse

CEO & President

Jim has proven staff and project management skills, and an exceptional understanding of business processes. With over 20 years in the IT field, he is able to seamlessly conceptualize large IT projects, from beginning to end, offer multiple solutions, and completely manage the implementation all while keeping within budget. Proficient in a wide variety of possible solutions, he has the innate ability to take needs and requirements of businesses and convert them into reliable RFPs.

Jim attended Algonquin College and in later years taught there in the Computer Sciences department. His personal and technical experience to help solve small business owners IT frustrations and pain has led the company to have a client retention rate above 95%.

Tony Silva

Network Specialist and Your virtual Chief Information Officer

Tony is a hands on multi certified IT professional with over 15 years’ experience supporting and managing all sizes of networks both governmental and private. He has a solid reputation for understanding client’s needs and translating them into an easily understood goal oriented, phased scope of work. With his advanced technological knowledge including: virtual and physical server environments, on/off site backup storage architecture and proactive disaster prevention measures, Tony designs or improves networks to ensure that clients are protected and ready to do business.

Within NeoLore, Tony fills the client facing role of “your Virtual CIO”. In this role, Tony consults with clients to ensure efficient and effective use of client networks while keeping an eye towards their future needs and incremental network development.

Derek Derochie

Level 4 Systems Administrator

Derek is a seasoned Level 3 Systems Administrator. He graduated with a Diploma in Network Engineering from PPI College in 2000. Derek is fluent in a wide variety of applications, including all Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems as well as Exchange Servers.

His wide range of technical expertise is backed up by his numerous certifications, including Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and CompTIA A+ and he has previously worked as a Solutions Architect and a Network Support Specialist. Derek has a great ability to remain calm under pressure while using his wealth of experience and knowledge to solve any IT issue, making him a valuable asset to both our clients and our company.

Eric Besserer

Level 3 Systems Administrator

Eric is a well-seasoned I.T. professional who has worked in the field since 2001. A capable technician he was quickly recognized by DELL for his mature and expert approach to issues and made a frontline supervisor for client facing support technicians. Independent and reliable, Eric has also worked in a corporate environment as a manager of I.T. overseeing the infrastructure and supporting 100 employees both remotely and on-site. Now with NeoLore, Eric has integrated himself into the NeoLore team and continues to impress with his expertise in both technical support and customer service.

Eric’s 14 years of experience have made him an expert in many areas but a couple of his key specializations are SBS, Windows Servers, FireWall management, and Backup Solutions.

Terrance Spano

Level 2 Network Specialist

Terrance has been an enthusiastic I.T. professional since graduating with honors in computer science. His enthusiasm and passion towards technology led him to a Computer Programming Degree from Algonquin College in 2008. A valued member of the NeoLore team Terrance’s expertise and diligence are put to great use supporting client critical business requirements such as backups and overall server health. A team player, we appreciate Terrance’s dedication and support.

Robert Mossey

Director of Business Development

Robert Mossey is an I.T. Services Professional with 19 years in the Information Technology industry. His familiarity with business processes and client support make him an expert in IT related business development.

As NeoLore’s Director of Business Development, Robert can often be found calling on clients, making presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict NeoLore clients’ future needs. The Director of Business Development position works closely with Sales/Marketing as well as Operations to help manage existing/prospective clients and ensure NeoLore is continuing to impress with our excellent service and support.

Dia Haddad

Level 2 System Administrator

Dia is an experienced and tested systems support specialist who has 6 years’ exposure to the fast paced, high demand, technical support industry. Previous experience has positioned him well for the NeoLore team having already worked for a Managed Services Provider. His energy and enthusiasm towards all technical related avenues from direct programming and design, to graphic arts and website design complement the existing team well.
