This type of support will allow the NeoLore Support Representative to see the computer screen as if they were right beside the client. Think of it like a Virtual IT Tech! The software that is downloaded through the Internet will make it possible for the NeoLore Virtual IT Tech to remote control a computer without having to install any permanent software or reconfigure the firewall. The client can relax or take part in the remote session while at the same time understand and learn what the Virtual IT Tech did to resolve the issue.
