Technology is a wonderful thing. With NeoLore's Remote Assist Support, along with your approval, we can take control of your computer so you can see how we resolve your technical issues. We believe in helping you so that you can help yourself in the future.

Steps to Request Remote Assistance

  1. Call NeoLore Networks first at 613-594-9199.
  2. Fill out the below form with your Full Name, Company, Telephone Number and Extension.
  3. NeoLore will give you a SUPPORT CODE which you will enter in the last field. Click 'Continue'.
  4. There may be a prompt to download an application, click Download Now. Please wait while it connects you to the GOTOASSIST.
  5. The helpdesk representative will then send you a request to ‘Start ScreenSharing’, click OK. This technology allows them to remotely control your computer, see what you see, so they can resolve the issue efficiently.
  6. Once the helpdesk representative has resolved the issue, they will end the session; please click OK. You will be redirected to a very small survey which will ask questions about your experience and issue. Please take the time to fill out the survey. Ensure to remember which helpdesk representative helped you. This survey allows us to provide better service to our clients.
