Service Contracts

Every contract is customized to suit YOUR business needs. On Call Support, Server Maintenance, Remote Monitoring and Backup Monitoring are all options within the NeoLore Networks Service Contract.
It's simple!
The clients determine the hours they need each month for service (minimum of three hours). If the client does not require the minimum hours of service determined in the contract, these hours are carried over to the next month. If by the end of the contract agreement there are unused hours, these can be carried over into the next service contract. You never lose hours that you paid for that you didn't use. We believe you should get what you paid for.
